2.PLAY KLVR Methodologies

PLAY KLVR's rating and handicap systems — including the KLVR Race Chart (billiards), golf's average-to-slope handicap, and the K-Rating, K-Index, L-Caliber, and V-Caliber indexes as they launch — are PLAY KLVR's own methodologies, developed independently and published openly where applicable. They are provided for recreation within PLAY KLVR only.

3.No Affiliation

PLAY KLVR is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any sports governing body, professional league, sanctioning organization, or third-party rating, ranking, or handicap system. PLAY KLVR's methodologies are its own (see above). References to sports on PLAY KLVR are references to the games themselves. All third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

4.Third-Party Notices

PLAY KLVR relies on third-party services, and their names and marks belong to their respective owners:

• Apple. Apple, the Apple logo, App Store, and TestFlight are trademarks of Apple Inc. The PLAY KLVR iOS app is distributed through the App Store, and Apple's push notification service delivers notifications. Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not responsible for, PLAY KLVR.
• Supabase. Supabase is a trademark of Supabase, Inc., which provides PLAY KLVR's hosting and infrastructure (database, authentication, and file storage).

5.User Content & Reports

User content is owned by the users who post it. To report content you believe infringes your rights or violates our Terms, use the in-app report control or email support@playklvr.com with the content's location and the basis of the report; we review and act on valid reports.
