KLEVR ("the app") is operated under the trade name The Regal Experience. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and a chosen handle. As you use the app, we store the content you create and the activity you generate: league memberships, matchups, scores and score submissions, golf handicap information you provide, posts, comments, messages, forecasts, and similar league activity. If you upload a profile photo or league logo, we store that image. We do not collect your precise location, contacts, or browsing history.
Your information is used solely to operate KLEVR: authenticating your account, running your leagues, computing standings and results, and displaying activity to other members of leagues you join. Content you post in a league is visible to that league's members.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not show advertising. We do not use third-party tracking or analytics that profile you across other apps or websites.
KLEVR's data is stored and processed by Supabase (database and authentication) and the app is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf to run the service and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Kredits are a fictional in-app scoring unit with no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, redeemed, or exchanged. No payment information is collected by KLEVR.
Your data is retained while your account is active. You may delete your account from within the app (Settings → Delete Account), which permanently removes your account and personal data from our systems. You may also request deletion by contacting us at the address below.
KLEVR is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date.
